PHYSICAL SCIENCE

 Today department of mathematics Inaugurated their Mathematics association,named ALGEBROZ. Our respected principal was the inaugurator of the function. After that Hari sir launched maths department YouTube channel.later all other faculties of different departments gave good speech. Riju John sir revealed maths department logo.  Later they conducted different games for all other students. We, our own department got 1st and 2 nd prizes for the games. Maths department concluded their association with a beautiful dance in the end. 

 Communicative skill plays a major role in teacher's career. That's why our college conducted a communicative english class on 19/01/2022 from 1.30 PM after luch break. The class was under the guidance of Joseph varghese, research faculty of SCERT. During the class they explained their team conducted a survey about English communication among our students.  They published a book named "A passport to Success" . On the basis of their survey they published this book to improve our English communication skills. Because current scenario among students are very poor. They are struggle to handle their english communication due to lack of basic ideas.  Joseph varghese sir class was a well package about English communication. He introduced us many communication basic ideas. Over all it was a good experience. 

We celebrated Christmas on 23 December 2021 in our institution. It was conducted by Dhwani college union. We welcomed Christmas with Carol songs and joyful programs. And also enjoyed the eve by dancing 💃 with our own steps...  

     Our freshers day celebration was conducted on 21st December 2021.It was an amazing day with full of happy vibes around us. Each of the fresher students introduced themselves and completed their tasks in their on way very well. The main aim behind these task given by seniors was to melt stage fears and to improve confidence level. Ultimately it is to break the ice among students. As part of the celebration treasure hunt was conducted in which my team (yellow team) comprising of physical science and social science department won the prize. Overall it was a joyful day.  

National mathematics day is celebrated on the remembrance of the famous mathematician Dr Ramanujan. College mathematics association celebrated national mathematics day on 22 December 2021. Our reputed principal G Roy sir inaugrated the function. As a part of this celebration they included many mathematical puzzles, activities and games. Department wise competition took place which lead to the active participation of students. 

 After school induction programme, our college organised reflection day on 20/12/2021 from 10.30 am to 4 pm. On this day, all the students who went to 22 different schools presented their reports. In which each of us shared the features and limitations of school, and also put forward some suggestions. At last we concluded by sharing our experiences that we achieved through this induction programme.

As a part of BEd curriculum we got an opportunity to explore school induction programme.It was started on 13/12/21 to 17/12/21.Group of seven member including me went to Mar Geevarghese Dionysius high school which is situated at kundara in kollam district.  The aim of this internship was to incorporate teaching skills among the students-teachers. It gave us an opportunity to integrate theory and practices, plan to deliver lessons properly, critically analyse our own and peers teaching styles and improve them. Also to develope a friendly connection with students, the future citizens. Ultimately it gave us a clear idea of how a school functions as we were incorporated into different activities in school.

  B.Ed. BATCH 2021-23 College opening ceremony was on 1st December 2021. The programme was scheduled at 10:00am. The ceremony was inaugurated by Rev. Zacharia Ramban.  Both the students and their parents attended the function. The meeting started with the welcome speech given by the principal G Roy. Then each of the faculty members introduced themselves and gave a vague idea about the course. Finally we got an opportunity to meet our classmates.   The programme ended on 1:00pm.

Beginning of a new experience... "Blogging" As a part of B.Ed. curriculum, institution conducted a blog creation workshop on 04/01/22. Harilal K S professor of CDAC Trivandrum gave a useful class about blogging and its technical sides. He gave us complete details about what is blogging.
