School induction programme

As a part of BEd curriculum we got an opportunity to explore school induction programme.It was started on 13/12/21 to 17/12/21.Group of seven member including me went to Mar Geevarghese Dionysius high school which is situated at kundara in kollam district. 

The aim of this internship was to incorporate teaching skills among the students-teachers. It gave us an opportunity to integrate theory and practices, plan to deliver lessons properly, critically analyse our own and peers teaching styles and improve them. Also to develope a friendly connection with students, the future citizens. Ultimately it gave us a clear idea of how a school functions as we were incorporated into different activities in school.
