WEEKEND REFLECTION 2 (OPTIONAL)

 Date :17 June 2023

On the day option wise weekend reflection was conducted from 10.00 am to 12.15 pm .The reflection was headed by Swathy Mohan teacher. A student from each school is asked to reflect on their experience. There are overall to schools , in which 24 students from physical science department is practicing.

                                                        The reflection started with Marthoma school Arumuikkada , represented by Manju in which she shared about the blood donation day celebration and the work of making a circuit for their mentor teacher in which they are busy with. Secondly, Anjali from Muttara school shared about their substitutions, classroom management problems, IT teaching and also preparation on reading day program. Later Shivakumar represented G.H.S.S, Kuzhimathikadu  and shared his classes are going slow, don't got substitution and their duty on RBI- online quiz competition. Then I represented M.G.D.G.H.S , Kundara .I shared about whole experience of this week with my fellow . After which Selma shared her experience in M.V.B.H.S.S peroor about classroom management , substitutions in UP section etc. For M A M H S S, Chengamanadu, Chinchu came forward to share their problems in teaching and perparation for Sastia sangam . Further , Shintu from S.K.V.H.S Thrikkumamamgadam shared about the problematic children's of  their classes and also the problem created by the D.EL.Ed & B.Ed trainees from other school which caused problem for them as well .She also shared about the techniques she used in the classroom. Liji from G.H.SS Vettikavala  shared her problems of classroom management and also shared that she was not able to complete the lesson plans. Tincy from Marthoma H.S.S shared her experience with the first observation by Swathy teacher and the workload of the school. Finally ,Akhila of St.Mary's H.S.S. Kizhakkekara spoke about their allotted classes and the mentor teacher and also the optional observation . At last teacher gave her review on the classes she observed with this the reflection session ended.
